OPTION ONE

The First Floor and the Terrace of the Town-House, which total 240 square meters/2,580 square feet, are ideal to be rented out as a self-contained unit 
(i.e. three en-suite bedrooms, games room, kitchen, dining areas, wood burning fireplace, and sun deck). 
 

OPTION TWO 
We have some flexibility about individual short term individual room bookings (minimum two nights)
subject to availability and advance notice, in which case the Kitchen and Common Areas are to be shared with other guests.
 

• 
  Bedrooms and Kitchen are cleaned only after guests vacate.
  
  PRICING, MINIMUM STAY, PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY

Indicated below are the respective room pricing per night (minimum 2 night stay), and discounts if you stay 7 nights or longer.

• Rent the entire Town-House

Under either alternative:

• a Minimum 2 nights stay​

 

Advanced notice and reservations, at least 5 working days before arrival. 

Confirmation of Booking and Payment Policy:

 minimum 50% to be paid upon reservation,

and the balance to be paid minimum 5 working days before arrival

all by bank transfer only: please contact the Host for details.

Free Cancellation:

Reservations can be cancelled up to 5 working days before arrival, with full refund.
